Open-source notices

Rexii itself is proprietary (see the End User License Agreement). It includes third-party components that stay under their own licenses. This page covers the main ones. The full list, with license texts, ships inside the app as THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md and the licenses folder.

    SearXNG

    GNU AGPL-3.0

Rexii bundles SearXNG, unmodified, and runs it as a separate local process that the app queries over 127.0.0.1. The corresponding source for the build we currently ship is upstream commit 26fa181b8425e2c60c5d2bab2c8f2aab2c5db6d6. The notice inside each Rexii build names the exact commit for that build.

    libvips (through sharp)

    LGPL-3.0-or-later

Image handling uses libvips, shipped as a separate dynamic library inside the app so that you can replace it with a compatible build. The license texts ship with the app.

    llama.cpp / ggml

    MIT

The local language-model server is llama.cpp. Its copyright notice and license text ship with the app.
