By installing or using Rexii you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use Rexii.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Rexii on devices you own or control, for your own use. Rexii is licensed, not sold.
Except where applicable law gives you the right despite this clause, you may not:
(a) copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of Rexii;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise try to extract the source code, prompts, model adapters, algorithms, data or system design of Rexii, including by using automated or AI-assisted analysis tools;
(c) redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell or host Rexii, or offer a product or service built from material extracted from it;
(d) remove or alter copyright, license or attribution notices;
(e) bypass or disable any access control, account check or license check;
(f) use Rexii or material extracted from it to build or train a competing product.
Rexii includes third-party and open-source components that are licensed under their own terms, listed in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md and the licenses folder shipped with Rexii. Those terms apply to those components instead of this Agreement, and nothing here limits rights they give you.
Rexii and all rights in it remain with the copyright holder. This Agreement gives you no ownership of Rexii. Content you create with Rexii, and files you give it, remain yours.
Rexii runs models on your device. Some features send requests to online services you choose to use or connect. You are responsible for the services you connect and for complying with their terms.
Rexii is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Rexii uses AI models that can produce wrong or incomplete output. Check anything important before relying on it.
To the extent the law allows, the copyright holder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Rexii. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Rexii in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
This Agreement ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using Rexii and delete all copies. Sections 2 to 4 and 6 to 10 survive termination.
Rexii may update itself. Updates are covered by this Agreement unless they come with their own terms.
If part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. This Agreement is the whole agreement about Rexii between you and the copyright holder. The copyright holder may update it for future versions, with notice in the app or on the Rexii website.
